Precision Linear Actuators with Servo & Stepper Motors / Manual Micrometers
All models provide sub-micrometer resolution. Higher precision models are equipped with non-rotating tips. Stepper and closed-loop DC-Servo motors are offered. Direct drives with ball screws provide higher speed, gear-box drives with lead screws provide higher forces and are self-locking. All linear drives and motors are intended for integration into a customer’s system and feature no guidance. If off-axis motion cannot be tolerated external guidance is required.

These compact actuators provide sub-micrometer resolution. The PiezoMike combines a piezo fine drive with a manual micrometer.
