M-126 Translation Stages with Crossed Roller Bearings

   M-126.DG 
  M-126.xx are leadscrew driven translation stages with a travel range of 25 mm. Precision crossed roller bearings guarantee straightness of travel of better than 2 µm.

The M-126.M0 is equipped with a high precision leadscrew featuring excellent resolution and repeatability.

Two motorized versions are available: M-126.DG utilizes a closed loop DC motor with shaft mounted position encoder and a backlash-free gearhead providing 0.1 µm minimum incremental motion. M-126.PD is equipped with an 30 Watt Active Drive DC motor providing 0.2 µm minimum incremental motion and velocity up to 15 mm/sec. The novel Active Drive concept features an integrated, high efficiency power amplifier and reduces overall system cost, because the stage can be driven directly from a PC-motor controller card (e.g. C-842).

Non-contacting, hall-effect limit switches are integrated in the motorized versions to eliminate the possibility of overtravel.

All stages can be cross stacked and combined with the M-125.90 Z-axis mounting bracket to provide multi-axis motion.
