- Piezoelectric Tilting Platforms are designed to tilt mirrors or optics in one or more axes with sub-arc-second resolution and fast rise time (milliseconds or faster).
- Closed loop operation for highest accuracy, linearity and repeatability.
- Step or continuous operation.
- Tilt range 2 to 5 milliradians.
- Platforms driven by 1 to 4 integrated piezo actuators.
- Standard platforms accommodate mirror diameters of 10 to 100 mm.
- Custom designs with diameters up to 300 mm (12 inches) for astronomical applications.
- Standard, custom and OEM control electronics (digital and analog controllers, rack mount and modular systems, compatibility with advanced feed-forward techniques), software.
