The Latest List of Recommended Amps and Controllers

The list below refers to the recommendations in the technical data tables of the following sections in this catalog: "PZT Actuators", "PZT Flexure Nano Positioners", "PZT Active Optics" and "Micropositioners". For most PI PZT Actuators and PZT NanoPositioning Systems more than one amplifier/controller combination is available. The selection depends on the application and personal preference. A low dynamic application does not require a high powered amplifier; in OEM applications there may not be enough space for rack mount amplifiers/controllers. The information below is a general guideline; please refer to the technical data for each amplifier/ controller for details and call your local PI representative if you need further assistance.

A: Quasi-static applications: * E-660.00 (bench-top) or * E-660.OE (OEM module)

B: Low power applications: E-463 (3 channel bench-top amplifier)

B: Quasi-static applications: * E-461.00 (bench-top) or * E-461.OE (OEM module)
