Vacation & Christmas bonuses

Holiday and Christmas bonuses are special payments which are paid voluntarily by the employer. But that is a matter of course for us at PI Ceramic.

Give way to the environment

Environmental protection has always been close to our hearts – we can achieve a lot together, especially on our daily commute to work! We therefore pay a public transport allowance of 20 € and provide the full subsidy for both the KVV ScoolCard and the student ticket.

Wedding & parental grants

PI Ceramic grants each employee an allowance of 500 € on marriage or birth.

A big heart for the little ones

As a family-friendly company, your children are particularly important to us. If you have a full-time job, we support you with a kindergarten allowance of 200 € and for part-time work, with a proportionate amount.

Subsidized workplace glasses for a perfect vision

We want you to be able to wear the right glasses for every activity and offer you a visual aid subsidy of 150 € as well as a computer workstation examination. Our company doctor will take care of it If you cannot get an appointment at the optician.
