Coordination of motion

For controlling 6-axis parallel kinematics with piezo actuators and strain gauge sensors. Ideally suited to e.g., the P-616 6D NanoCube®. The position is entered in Cartesian coordinates from which the controller calculates the control of the kinematics. The center of rotation can be freely defined in space.

Fast Multi-Channel Photonics Alignment

The controller supports PI's Fast Multi-Channel Photonics Alignment (FMPA) technology by using integrated algorithms and high-resolution, extremely fast analog inputs. FMPA makes it possible to optimize the alignment of photonic components in parallel across inputs, outputs, and degrees of freedom.

Extensive software assistance

The PIMikroMove user software facilitates fast startup without programming skills and permits graphic depiction of signals and operations, such as FMPA routines. Furthermore, there is an extensive set of drivers available, e.g., for use with C, C++, C#, NI LabVIEW, or MATLAB.

Scope of delivery

The scope of delivery includes the controller and a software package. It is recommended to order the parallel kinematics and the controller together so that the components can be adapted to each other.
